As a Senior Operations Manager under Global Product Supply at Duracell, Philipp managed sites and clients from different countries and has expertise in loss analysis and elimination, work process design and optimization, capacity/material/inventory/logistics planning, and project management. He is passionate about driving improvements within the organization and joined Core Lean to further enhance and scale these skills.
